Here at The Law Place, we understand that the decision to go to law school is perhaps the most important decision of your life so far, and we want to help.
According to data released by the U.S News and World Report, which studies over 197 law programs up and down the country, the average cost of attending law school currently sits at $43,020 dollars.
This makes law one of the most expensive subjects that a student can choose to study. It is a massive commitment.
That is why The Law Place decided to offer a $2,500 scholarship to one student who can demonstrate to us their dedication and appreciation of what studying law means to them. We want to help ease the financial burden of the next generation of law students.
Essay Subject
To enter, please write an essay of no more than 1,000 words on the following topic.
“Who is your legal hero, living or dead?”
We want you to elaborate as much as possible here, stating your decision as strongly as possible. We want to know why they are your hero and how they have influenced your life and decisions up to this point.

Submissions Deadline
To be considered, applications must be submitted by November 15, 2023. There will be no exceptions.
